Ownership
Sam & Loranne Boguslavsky
Mr. Boguslavsky holds an International Business degree from the University of Calgary where he grew up after immigrating to Canada from Ukraine at the age of ten. He subsequently began working overseas in the areas of oil and gas and international finance for seven years. Upon returning to Canada, Mr. Boguslavsky sought real estate opportunities in Calgary’s inner city, and the company has since grown to include residential, retail, office, and recreation property. He is passionate about his family, HART, loves tennis, and spends his leisure time in the Okanagan and travelling. He speaks fluent Russian and resides with his wife in west Calgary.

Mrs. Boguslavsky began her career working in administration for oil companies in Calgary which led to working overseas for Amoco Eurasia for four years. Upon returning to Canada, she worked part-time for Sable for six years during the start up of the Company and then made the choice to stay home with her and Sam’s two children. She recently returned back to the workforce and is happy to once again be involved with Sable and its staff. She is a citizen of both Canada and Australia and is fluent in Russian. In her spare time she enjoys trying new recipes, spending time with the family, summers in the Okanagan Valley, and loves travelling the world, mostly to Europe.
